TJ Hickey, CFP®
Partner
TJ joined Moneco Advisors in November of 2023 and brings with him a decade of experience in the financial services industry.
After graduating from Wheaton College, TJ began his career at the Chicago Board Options Exchange, working for a proprietary trading firm who specialized in agricultural commodities products. After spending a few years at the CBOE, he knew that he was destined for something bigger.
TJ graduated from Wheaton College (MA) with a degree in economics where he was also a member of the baseball team.
When he’s not helping his clients improve their lives, TJ can be found wherever the nearest concert is being played, on the golf course, or in some foreign country with his wife, Julie.
Johnny Wells, EA
Senior Tax Associate
Johnny joined the Lichtenstein/Glastonbury, CT practice at Moneco Advisors in 2024 as a Senior Tax Associate. He began his career in public accounting at PwC, transitioning into the private sector within the RIA industry. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services, with a specialization in fiduciary, estate, partnership, corporate, and individual tax matters. Known for his meticulous approach and commitment to client success, Johnny delivers tailored tax strategies that help clients optimize their financial outcomes.
Johnny is a seasoned tax professional and is registered as an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA). He has a strong educational foundation, including a Master of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bryant University.
When he’s not helping clients with their tax needs, Johnny loves spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and their three children: Jackson, Olivia and Parker, as well as with family and friends.
Bill Yeager
CPA
Bill joined Moneco Advisors in November 2023 from Lichtenstein Financial. A Certified Public Accountant, he brings several decades of experience in the financial field, specializing in tax planning and advisory services.
He graduated Quinnipiac University with a degree in accounting in 1989 and has an MBA from University of Hartford.
Bill lives in North Haven with his wife, Nancy. He is actively involved in Boy Scouts and mentoring programs, and is especially proud of his two sons, Ryan and Justin, who are both Eagle Scouts.
Ashley Fiorete
Operations Manager
Moneco Advisors merged with Lichtenstein in 2023 and Ashley became Operations Manager. Each year she has taken on new duties and responsibilities and is looking forward to expanding her career by taking on more leadership roles. Ashley also works to prep taxes for CPA review and enjoys taking on challenging returns while learning more about the tax field.
Ashley has been in the financial field since 2016, when she joined Lichtenstein Financial as an Administrative Assistant.
She graduated from college at Eastern Connecticut State University in 2016 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in health. While at ECSU she was on the Repertory Dance Troupe for 4 years and prior to that, she danced for 13 years.
Ashley loves spending time with her husband, Victor and their two fur babies, Scooby & Diesel. She also loves the challenge of doing puzzles while enjoying the various types of cider produced around New England.
